consist of = composed of, made up of

consist in = the thing mentioned is the most important; based on or to depend on something

Die of = as a result of a disease

Die from = refers to dying, as a result of an external cause such as an accident or a disaster
Die of hunger (Exception) = more common than 'die from hunger' (acceptable)
No doubt of = strong conviction about something; without a doubt
Doubt about = feeling uncertain about sth
No doubt about = you are certain it is true
Doubt on = uncertainty, lack of sureness about somebody or something
